Incredibly informed staff, went the extra mile to get me 3/4 size mattress and cut the bed to size to save space in my tiny apartment. Bed and mattress are of the kind of quality you'd expect to pay double for. Solid timber frame, very sturdy. Mattress is exactly what I need for an ageing overused back!
